Rentals and check-in Policy

Bookings are on weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am the day of departure. Weekends and Mid-weeks on-demand only.

Rates

Rates are in Euro including applicable taxes, service charges, and value-added tax.

Payment Policy

50% of the total to be paid to The Addresses straight after booking by bank transfer. Final balance to be paid to Algarve Architect Villa 31 days before arrival. Cleaning fee € 200, and damage deposit of € 500 will be added to the bill. The damage deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within in week after check out.

Refund

Guest will receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 60 days before the time of check-in. If the guest cancels 30-60 days before the start of the stay, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 30 days of the start of the stay, no refund will be given.

Covid-19 Policy

Only in the event the cancellation is a direct result of the pandemic, for example, Portugal or Region Algarve orders the stoppage of vacation rentals due to a high number of local cases. Or, Portugal decides to restrict travel from a specific country, guests will be given the opportunity to receive full credit for their reservation if they rebook within one year. If the guest is unable to take the credit within the year, the guest will receive a full refund on the expiry date.
